Spring Equinox Day Retreat: Rebirth, Release, Bloom
Join us for a gentle, full-day retreat marking the spring equinox, a time of balance, renewal, and emerging growth. Through guided meditations, sound practices, and reflective exercises, we’ll create a container to release what no longer serves, welcome new intentions, and cultivate the conditions for wholehearted flourishing.
What to expect:
Morning grounding meditation to honor the equinox balance of light and dark.
Breathwork and embodied movement to open toward renewal.
Sound bath and vibrational practices to shift energy and support release.
Guided reflection and journaling to clarify intentions and symbolize rebirth.
Closing ritual to plant or seed a personal intention for the growing season.
Leave feeling lighter, more aligned with the season’s momentum, and equipped with practices to carry the energy of rebirth and blooming into your daily life.
Day retreats are hosted from 10a-5p ET and are offered at a sliding scale. For more details or to join in on the fun, contact Wendy at wendywebbyoga@gmail.com or Dee at dvenello1@gmail.com.
